Extra Tips for a Smooth Transition Back to School 📚
Here are a few ideas we love for helping kids (and parents!) ease into the school season with less stress and more confidence:
Start adjusting bedtime and wake-up times a week or two early: Gradually shifting the schedule helps make the first week back so much easier!
Create a simple morning checklist: Include things like brushing teeth, NingXia Red, packing lunch, and grabbing a roller blend. Keeping it visual and consistent builds confidence and independence.
Make a "wellness station" near the door: Store roll-ons, hand sanitizer, and a little pouch with oils they can take with them. It’s a great way to empower kids to care for themselves, even at school.
