Can I let you in on a little secret??
Did you know that there is a huge difference between Young Living® supplements and regular store-bought supplements? June's Monthly Gifts with Purchase
Sulfurzyme has been a staple supplement in my house for many, many years! Great for skin and joint health. It also comes in a powder (which is my fav!) but you can't beat the FREE of the capsules this month!
Purification is a must have for outdoor activities!! It discourages pests from feasting on you! I will put 2-3 drops on my palm, rub my hands together and then "dry rub" my clothing and exposed skin. I also put 40 drops in a 2 oz. glass spray bottle with a squirt of Thieves Foaming Hand Soap and fill with pure water. Shake before and while using and spray skin or clothing. Great chemical-free way to beat the pests. I also use it topically if I forget to use the spray! Works wonders on those pesky bug nibbles!!
Lemongrass has a wonderful oil that is also powerful for overall wellness! I rub it on joints, muscles and ligaments for extra support after an active day. Lemongrass Vitality oil can be used in cooking your favorite dishes that call for lemongrass. Remember-add much as will stick to a toothpick one toothpick at a time! These oils are concentrated!!!

Young Living in the Kitchen
This month I wanted to share a simple recipe you can either make for yourself OR as a gift! It uses Peppermint Vitality, which is part of the ingestible Vitality line. It has a special name but it’s the same oil as the “regular” Peppermint essential oil.
