Fall is in the air and it's the perfect time to cozy up and find new ways to incorporate wellness into your daily routine. October is a wonderful month to explore the benefits of essential oils, especially as we prepare our homes and bodies for the cooler months ahead.
This month I have some oily suggestions for seasonal support, a couple recipes for you using YL’s Vitality Oils and of course, it wouldn’t be October without… pumpkin everything!
Fall Into Wellness: Essential Oils for Autumn
The fall season brings a unique opportunity to support our immune systems, uplift our moods, and create a warm, inviting atmosphere at home. Here are some essential oils that are perfect for this time of year:

According to Forbes health, 59.3 million Americans suffer from mental health issues and worldwide it’s over 300 million people.
As we turn the calendar page to September, it typically signifies the end of summer and the transition into a new season. School is starting back up, the days are getting shorter, and the official start of fall is right around the corner.
This change can contribute to mental health challenges, making it an important time to focus on our mental and emotional well-being. With National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month upon us, and World Suicide Prevention Day being September 10th, this month I want to highlight how essential oils can support us not only physically but mentally and emotionally as well.
